A nice option for the money, one of the best deals.

In general, at the moment, I have no complaints about the device, but everything is still ahead and therefore, I will supplement my review later or rewrite it after a full impression.

Pros
  • Looks nice and very compact. Long cord, about 1.5-2 meters. The drivers for Windows 10 installed themselves without any problems and the Internet immediately started working. Internet reception speed - once showed 30mb, after 65-70mb. But here the moment is that I checked the WiFi receiver very close to the router. I will thoroughly check in the country, where the router will be located about 30-50 meters from me across the street and one brick wall.
Cons
  • Except perhaps a mini usb connector, but I can’t call it a really serious drawback, because. It is important for me that the device itself works as expected. I installed the software from the disk, but for some reason the program does not turn on after installation. I don’t know what the problem is, but, in principle, this is not critical for me, because. Everything works for me without the software. Although, I read somewhere that after installing proprietary software, the signal speed increases by about 10 or some mb.

A high-quality product, the price corresponds to the quality.

The connection does not break or hang even when a large number of torrents are being downloaded, which is a major pro. Additionally, the pricing is very affordable. Bright LED, frequent hanging of the tray icon, and the inability to properly remove the device

The lack of standard software, the creation of WiFi Hotspot, is quite easily treated either with third-partyConnectify software or with Windows 7 tools: Has pros: A simple device without unnecessary bells and whistles, driver installation via Windows ate. Got cons: Crooked regular software with which more than one hour got fooled. Sometimes the connection is lost, but I don’t know why it is: the device management software, or because of the driver (it is likely that the driver has nothing to…

Everything in the purchase suits, a very necessary product.

Got pros: Good adapter. It clings to the carrier like a bulldog, gnaws the strip well in a very noisy place. Before that, there was a "whistle" from the same TP-Link, but this is heaven and earth. Its cons: Sometimes (a couple of times it happened) it is not initialized during a hot restart of the system. Juggling power solves.

Low quality, I will not buy this anymore.

These adapters have been finished in their entirety. I purchased it with the expectation that it will operate as reliably as it would on a laptop. But unfortunately, it fails to work constantly. Pings in games are typically lower than 400. On the speed test, it indicates a maximum speed of only 70 Mbps when directly connected to a 300 cable. Therefore, it is useless, and you will need to pull the wire through the full corridor in order to make a secure connection, but there will be a connection

Pros
  • Lack of wiring
Cons
  • Occasionally crashes while moving at a slow speed.

Thought it would be better, but overall not bad.

third iteration of the apparatus. Device driver issues with 64-bit versions for Windows 8 and Windows 10. Even using a driver downloaded from the website of the chipset manufacturer won't provide 100% steady performance. Everything works perfectly on 32-bit and 7ke versions. On the tp-link forum, where the issue is known, victims post in the threads discussing solutions. Google. Microsoft. The Realtek RTL8192CU chipset in the third iteration is most likely where the issue occurs.

Pros
  • appearance, speed of data transport
Cons
  • When there is a network but no data transmission taking place in it, attempts to enter the "unconscious" are made.

I am satisfied, the purchase is quite successful.

A good alternative to a wired connection for relaxed surfing mail / social networks / YouTube. If you plan to use the network in full, take care of a separate USB hub to power the device. With its pros: It catches the signal perfectly: 5 meters from the router, behind two walls, practically does not cut the speed. A good option in terms of price / quality ratio. Cons: Falls off at a multi-threaded high load, if you do not hard stabilize the power supply via usb

A valuable purchase, some advantages!

I used to buy exactly the same, even now it is cheaper. This adapter worked for a long time, I don’t even remember what happened to it, it didn’t burn out for sure, in my opinion I gave it to someone. And now it's needed again. If it is of the same quality as before, then I advise everyone.

I am very upset, the product is no good.

Ten years ago, at the Mitinsky radio market, I was discouraged from purchasing a TP-LINK router by well-known vendors. The ZyXEL worked perfectly, and I'm still happy I tried it. My smartphone, the TP-LINK Neffos Y5s (review available on YM), dates back to a year ago. The condition was so bad that he gave it to his daughter as a spare so she wouldn't have to risk breaking it. Here's a Wi-Fi adaptor that TP-LINK has finally been able to sell. To top it all off, he settled down in the hamlet, and

Pros
  • No.
Cons
  • The TP-LINK Wireless Configuration Utility, which makes configuring the adapter a breeze, is unavailable for V5, the most recent edition. In addition, this program is unlike its predecessors; it cannot detect the hardware. The bundled WPS program is installed but refuses to launch in any conventional way. Neither broadcasts nor receives any other wireless signals. (Win-7) PS was disheartened to see that the signal reduces to 1 stick in the adjacent room after jumping with a tambourine for 7 hours to force the device to distribute Internet from the PC. The signal completely vanishes after it leaves the 6x8 brick home on the other side of the window where the device is positioned.

While downloading torrents, the adapter stably hung up after a few of minutes using the driver taken from the native disk, and I had to withdraw from the network and reconnect again to regain Internet access. Even though they were dated November 2022 on the official TP-Link website, the firewood I downloaded was the same as the firewood on the disk, which was also dated 2022. Reading the reviews helped me realize that the adapter relies on a chipset manufactured by Realtek, so I went ahead and…

Pros
  • He is currently employed.
Cons
  • because of the shenanigans that took place.

A good product at a good price, I advise you to try it.

When you buy it, look at the box to see which version of the product you're getting because there are now five of them. The older the version, the better, because Version 3 is plagued with issues while working with native drivers. Possesses positive attributes, including: a fantastic product considering its cost - amplifies the signal - can be taken on trips and connected to a laptop where the signal level of hotels does not reach the room. - Alternatively, you can connect it to a personal…

The best I ever used, recommend it to everybody.

Combines nicely with white couches and chairs. Some pros: 1) In Windows 10, the result was presented instantly (similar to Realtec). There is no requirement for you to install a driver, and in fact, doing so is not even suggested. 2) Peering through the wall revealed the best possible Wi-Fi signal reception on the icon, despite the fact that the router is located in another room only next to the entrance. 3) The highest speed that our plan allows for is indicated to be between 50 and 60 Mbps by

There is no longer a need to search for realtek drivers! If Windows is unable to install the device driver, you can obtain it from tp-linkru.com by going to the Support menu and selecting Downloads. Users with less technical expertise can download a specialized program from that website that will handle everything on its own. The receiver functions normally; it is able to pick up a signal at 2/5 from the 9th floor of a panel house, which is where I live, even though I am on the 4th floor.

Average purchase, there is something to complain about.

Before that, I used the TL-727 for several years, and recently it suddenly warmed up out of the blue, smoked and burned out. Instead, I bought this model and somehow I don’t observe the joy of buying. The box is beautiful, high-quality, everything is also cool packed inside, but the adapter itself . I'll start with what immediately caught my eye: it stinks of China out of the box, after I took the adapter in my hands I heard that something was rattling in it, but also a control shot: when I…

Pros
  • Packing as well as the fact that the adapter is connected to the PC with a cable
Cons
  • Build quality and connectivity.
