I think I would give it a try although customer service was ok the printer is very poor. There is no procedure for aligning the build plate, minimal instructions tell you to check it, but no way to fix it. Mfg said that alignment is not required even if only half of the print sticks out on one side. After figuring out how to align it, it printed once just fine, and then the next file failed. The interface is very clunky, too many touches on the screen just to start printing. No parts, no website, no video support, so in short, stay out of the way until this company gets up the courage. I compared it to my mono x. You should buy a mono x and copy the firmware and see how the build plate aligns and if the interface should work. The failed print you see prints perfectly on a black and white printer. This is how the building board came out of the factory.
