The ease in which you can customize your schedule, how it allows multiple users (even across different platforms) access at once without any issues or confusion! I have not found anything that i dislike about this program so far but if there was something then we would definitely fix those problems before continuing with our business process improvement plan!! We are now able solve time sensitive work orders quickly by using RobEx's ability to manage several jobs from one screen instead having each user open separate screens/ applications when needed.
