If you're going for a tailored look you should probably go down a size as they tend to run a little large. I'm 167lbs 5ft 8in and my usual height is medium and that's what I ordered. I had a nice little oversized sweater and I loved it. The material is excellent and very comfortable so I would say it is definitely worth the price.
