Damaged/Used for Sports Water Bottle

Unfortunately this water bottle was damaged outside my door. The latch holding the sipper was broken and there were scratches on the top that almost looked like it had been used. I ordered this water bottle for my 7 year old daughter and she loved it so much that she chose it herself and was disappointed when she opened it and saw it. I will definitely not order from PASER again.
