The packaging was damaged and the product appeared to be used

I would give it a 0 if I could. The package arrived longer than expected. When I finally received it, the box was damaged. When I opened the box, the place where the headphones were supposed to be was empty (as you can see in the photo). Charging case included. When I opened the charging case, the earbuds were inside and I couldn't get them out. It looks like they have been used. Terrible! Needless to say I sent them back.
