Review on 🌸 Melissa & Doug Flower Squares Creation by David Herrera

This blanket is going to be very cute. if we can assemble it. Definitely not suitable for 6 year olds. The felt stretches as you tie knots, making it almost impossible to determine the 90 degree angle between the sides of the squares. I have to count each tie as we go to make sure not to miss one, the quilt is starting to mix! If one of them is skipped and not caught, the entire line is corrupt and must be discarded. We also knit a whole row on the wrong side of the quilt (so they were now on the side with no ties). A VERY simple mistake that resulted in another row having to be split. My 6 year old is upset, I'm upset. I've always liked M&D products but this one missed the mark.
