Let's start out with the Good. this is a lovely, vintage-looking miniature. Once assembled, you will enjoy showcasing it on a shelf in your home.Now, straight on to the bad. there are so many wonderful reviews for the product it leaves me a bit mystified. I enjoy making custom cards and it has been a longtime hobby of mine, so I am used to working with very delicate material. I purchased the airship. It is a very small and delicate build. The pieces are very fragile and at many points you can not get a finger behind a connection for support. There are 24 ribs to install. 12 of them are connected at 5 points and as you get near the end you can not fit your fingers between them. I was constantly gluing broken pieces together. There are many spare parts for the small pieces that can get lost but there were only 2 on the larger ones. It took about 4 hours to complete.

I had a lot of fun putting this together. I did have to use a glue stick to help with the sides of the owl. the sides kept coming loose as I was trying to get it together. I found a little of glue from a glue stick helped them stick so that I could get the front on. It took longer than it should have because I colored it as I put it together. It turned out very cute. I was curious if a 9 year old could do these. I think with a little help it would be a fun project.

These 3D puzzles are what I was looking for to help keep me entertained in my retirement and the pumpkin cart caught my eye.While taking my time and trying to be very careful things were going very well until I got to a section at the very end we’re some pieces just wouldn’t come together and while trying it finally broke (beyond repair)😒So in the trash it will go. I’m just glad it didn’t cost that much! Don’t think I will buy these again as there way too fragile!

Be very careful with the pieces. Had two pieces from the gramophone kit break. I was still able to use them. And it was very difficult to push some of the pieces through the holes. Holes were smaller than the pegs. Two of them crumbled while attempting to push them through. The finished product still looks good though.Update-bought the pumpkin cart. The pieces are clearly labeled, and need to be either smoothed down with the tiny square of wood sand paper or use an emery board for the pieces to be assembled together. Also recommend applying craft glue to get SOME of the support pieces to stay together properly. Age-wise, this would be appropriate for 10 yrs to adult, it is a little challenging but not that difficult to put together. Absolutely love this!The box and the plastic wrap that this puzzle came in were both ripped and scuffed with dirt, that’s why I’m giving it four stars instead of five. Instructions are easy to follow and frustration free. The only complain I will bring up is the bottom base piece are not as secure as I'd like. It's set up as the three square pieces pierce one after another without any other slot to secure it. a piece may be dropped with enough force. It includes a couple extra pieces for small parts.

The wooden pieces are very very thin, which means they are very easily breakable. I put mine all together and the final product looks pretty cool, but I had several pieces were actually broken just from putting them together. The broken pieces weren’t very obvious from the final product, however, I will always know they are there. I had wooden puzzles from other brand before and they were much better quality and sturdier. I would not recommend this brand.

For the price, its a decent value but that's only if you don’t break any of the pieces. Looks good assembled but one must be extremely careful while removing/punching out the pieces and assembling. Even while being extremely careful, I had 2 pieces get damaged (I didnt receive any tool as some other reviews mention).

I enjoyed the challenge of putting this together. and I’m a 40 year old woman. I get bored easily but this thing was fun and challenging. Some of the pieces are so small tho, I had to use tweezers to help put some pieces together. Not a complaint, but once I figured that out things went smoother. I was looking for something fun to do while exploring new music and this was perfect. Just be careful not to use too much force on important pieces. This is unfortunately unforgiving, as there aren't any spare parts for the larger pieces. Use the sand paper if you have any issues. There are some parts that involve pressing 3-5 connected pieces into another, don't put too much pressure, especially when you assemble the front of the ship.

I love making these! I have done similar music box ones and I am working on the owl and carriage now at the same time. The parts are a bit fragile, I’ve had to hot glue some piece back together. All of the pieces also don’t just "click in place” so I’ve needed to be creative as I assemble so it doesn’t constantly fall apart. I was really excited when I bought this and I knew is wasn’t going to be easy to make but most of the pieces were so hard to put together. Considering it’s a wooden puzzle I understand that there should be tightness among the pieces in order for it to stay together but you shouldn’t have to spend 10 minutes trying to force pieces into their spots. We’ve purchased a number of these 3-D wooden kits for our teenage daughter. She loves assembling them! Once these kits are completed, they make for an attractive, very decorative, well-made conversation piece. I’d like to add that, if you tend to be impatient, like me, these kits will drive you nuts. It’s all in the details, and there are a lot of little details. For our daughter, spending hours assembling these kits are right up her alley.
