Bluetooth does not connect amplifier and microphone. It's a piece of junk. My husband and I followed the directions for hours and it didn't work. We even tried other wired microphones and they still don't work. We called support and were asked to leave a message but no voicemail came. We called again at the usual times and waited a very long time to speak to a representative. The representative delayed us for 15 minutes and we were dropped off. We called again to finally speak to another representative. The rep said you did everything and the equipment is probably defective. I told the representative that I would write a bad review based on my experience but the representative didn't care and said he did his best to assist. The device is junk.
