Dell describes the port very poorly as an optional USBC/Thunderport 3.0. the symbol next to the port is a P in a D (DP logo). Anyhow, rather than paying a whopping amount for an official Dell Unlock box I would give this a go as I only need one more port to drive an additional external monitor rather than using the VGA port.
