My wife and I have only been using the pixel for 3 days but we are very satisfied. The main functions are simple and clear. Family Sharing and Wi-Fi Zones have experimented a bit, but they seem to work well. I've lost my keys before (not often) in a place I probably wouldn't look (trash - see photo) and the Pixel got me right there. We've had tiles before and I understand the range in the new tile version is better than the pixels, but it's much larger and costs $25 per tile per year. They also don't have a split warning, which I really like. I was more of a trick by the light at first, but that was also appreciated. I haven't had a Pixel long enough to comment on durability, but now I'm very glad I switched to it. UPDATE: After a few days of use, I also appreciated the smaller button - other items in my bag. sometimes activated my previous tile. The Alexa integration works well and multiple trackers connected to the same phone work fine (only two have been tried so far). I had two issues that the tech support team quickly helped me resolve (via email and via phone). The disconnection alarm sometimes worked even when the phone and Pixel were close together. The support said that too many connected Bluetooth devices can sometimes cause a temporary disconnection and Bluetooth connections have their limitations, but I believe this applies to any Bluetooth dongle. Since I limited the number of active connections, I didn't have any false positives. Family Sharing via a group can be helpful, but it also has its limitations. The Pixel connects to one phone at a time. If I leave my keys and they connect to my wife's phone (shared group) they won't connect to my phone when I'm back in range as they are already connected to hers (until they disconnect from hers). Overall I'm still very happy with the Pixel and amazed at the responsiveness of the support team. Update: I've had the Pixels for almost a year now. The small size is great, and the removable batteries are definitely a plus. Change is a little hard, but you can do it. The specs are great and reliable for my needs. Some brands have a longer range, but this is of limited value unless you're close enough to hear the beep.
