I really like the energy saving and the brightness, but the light is a bit cold. I think I should have bought a warmer version of the same bulb. I managed to replace the compact fluorescent lamp in my bedside table. CFLs aren't legally thrown away here in California, but try to find a place to drop them off - I dare you! I have 4 inch lightbulbs scattered around the garage. These LED bulbs are a much better solution. Bright light, long lasting, and a non-toxic disaster not worth getting rid of. I switched all my fluorescent lights to LEDs.
