These zip ties work as expected and I will be buying more when they run out. I purchased the 4 inch ties. When picking the length of zip tie it is important to note that about 1 inch is dedicated to the tip that is used to pull the zip tie tight and does not have any zip features. A 4 inch zip tie only produces approximately a max zip circumference of 3 inches.See full review

I ordered this waist trainer and I’m 5 2 ". It was too long for my torso to the point where if I push it up they’ll just push my breast higher and he was very uncomfortable and suffocated, and the same thing was on the bottom was too long so the vertical wires they’re placed in the waist trainer. They’ll just kind of dig in it very uncomfortable when it’s too long for your torso.
