Review on FIFO Oz Squeeze Bottles: Efficient Food Service Equipment & Supplies by Ronald Reese

Lots of reviews had lots of people loving them so thought I'd give them a try. It seemed like it would be great to have her. But after using them for some time, it became clear that they should probably stay in restaurants. It is sometimes very difficult to squeeze out the right amount for the desired goal. (Sometimes I got a "small handful" of mayonnaise on a slice of bread while making a sandwich.) Sometimes you get close enough and sometimes you don't. I ended up going back to the plastic bottles I used. They work great, they just don't have the FIFO feature nor the capacity that they have. But they have a limit and I get as much as I want. every time.
