Extreme disappointment at every touchpoint with Diggs - product quality, spam, fulfillment, etc.

My experience with Diggs has been exceptionally annoying and time-consuming - and something no one should expect or deserve when paying for a premium product. This $245 product arrived damaged - so bad I thought it had been refurbished. See photo. And when I contacted Diggs for customer support, they had the audacity to sign up for spam without my permission. And now they seem to send a survey email in response to every email interaction, which given the number of email interactions I've had to have due to all Diggs' ineptitude -Mails is that I make it very clear to them that I wanted them to stop sending me. In response to my frustration with the damaged product and spam, Diggs offered me a discounted Box Pillow. They said it would arrive within 5 business days of ordering. I ordered it 14 days ago but I still don't have it and I don't know if I will ever get it. Why? Because despite at least 3 requests in 10 days, Diggs refuses to send me a shipping/tracking link. So I have no idea if Diggs shipped 14 days after I ordered an item that should have taken 5 business days to arrive. Whether it's a damaged product, poor customer interaction and follow-up, delivering the product within the stated time frame, signing up for spam mailing lists, and sending me repeated survey emails, this company cares about theirs no less Customer experience is a complete failure at every touchpoint. The product appears to be well made, but not worth the effort.
