We bought this pillow for my fiance who has had 3 head injuries in the last 2 years and has been unable to go to bed. This pillow changed his life. Now he can sleep in a regular bed as his head is quite elevated. This pillow helps him sleep in a normal bed again, he's really in pain and discomfort as this is new to him and he needs to adjust but he can handle it. Without the pillow he would probably wait another 2 years before he could lie down so we are very glad we got it.
