As an IT professional, I've somewhat ignored reviews where people have had issues with this model and WiFi. Huge mistake. When delivered, there were no problems setting up the Google Home app. However, once complete, the device will only work for 2-3 minutes before the WiFi goes down, stopping the flow. Disconnecting and reconnecting was the only way to reconnect it, which got connected every time. With my experience in IT I can say that it is the device and not my WLAN. It was 3ft from the main hotspot when I tried it, so it's not a distance issue. I have absolutely no problems with 20-30 other devices in my house. I've taken it out of the box for 20 minutes and my frustration levels are off the charts only to put it back in the box and return it. I could almost catch the driver again (although I know they don't take returns - how quickly things got messed up).
