I love how easy it is to use and set up as well as how customizable it is. The customer service has been amazing, they are always willing to help you out when you need them. We had some issues with our tracking software not working properly but they were able to get us updated within an hour. Also the emails that come through are very helpful and informative. It's honestly one of the best services we have used! We don't have any complaints. We will definitely be using this for future shipments. Tracking is easy and convenient to use, plus it's free. Also, their customer service does a great job answering questions or helping with problems that might arise.
