Great device for the price!

Anyone who complains about this is either crazy or has a defective device. Is this a Bose 7.1 system? Not at all. But it does what it's supposed to do - makes up for the laptop's crappy speakers in volume and sound quality. This unit is more reliable than the Insignia USB speakers I use: https://www.amazon.com/INSIGNIA-NS-PLTPSP13-Portable-Computer-Speakers/dp/B00B0XU1AA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1499389643&sr= 8 -1&keywords=insignia+usb+speakers The fact that it sticks to the screen saves time and desk space. Yes, it shakes a bit when adjusting the screen, but it doesn't crash. The clip is soft, the spring is strong. Unlike the Insignia speakers, it has independent power and volume controls. It's nice to have a volume control, but the power supply doesn't seem to offer much of an advantage as you still have to unplug your device to hear the laptop's speakers. Plus, the one-piece system means less hassle than a two-speaker system with longer cables. It's also $5 less than the Insignias. These speakers have a very specific niche purpose. The Cyber Acoustics division does what it takes and more. Great buy for >$20.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
