So first things first! This was an amazing upgrade from my baby bottle condenser mic! $400-$700 I was very skeptical that this was the right choice, I would like to point out that because you pay more for the microphone dose it does not mean that it is better, yes of course it will sound different, clearer. , crisp, but it depends on what you're using it for and how it suits your voice! While you can fix it with an equalizer, my main point is this mic is absolutely amazing, it's small but wow! The sound is amazing, I'm currently using a Scarlet 2i2 solo interface which I would also suggest is a great combo supported by Logic X Pro, just as I was plugging it in and recording some rough drafts of a song, ICH CLEAR AND THE SOUND IS SO GOOD, I MEAN YOU CAN LOVE ME WITH YOUR VOICE! I must also add that this is a very honest mic, it speaks the way you sound perfectly! I also tested the Neumann TLM 103 and it was amazing too, but I really like the TLM 102, in my opinion I would say that you have to pay 800-1000 dollars extra for the 103 for the size and a few extra settings, but to be honest GET this mic if you're looking for an upgrade, it's very affordable for a high end mic, we're not talking standard beginner mics or even slightly more advanced mics! This is simply the highest class of professional studio microphones! In a few days I will be posting a link that goes through many different tests from voice acting to singing to rnb to give people a rough idea of what to expect!
