After receiving the cartridge I printed a few pages and found a line (1cm2cm vertical) where the ink is lighter than around the text. Since I had a ride straight away I didn't have time for further diagnostics so I just contacted support and reported the issue while riding. The support team responded quickly and promised a replacement, although I didn't rule out a situation that my installation could cause. When I got back I checked the problem and customer service immediately sent me new cartridges. New in good quality. I'm not sure how likely it is that you will receive a defective product, but it looks like good service can ensure that you end up with good cartridges.
