So I ordered this for my school printer. I had a meeting that morning and quickly put the first cartridge in the printer. I then spent 45 minutes trying to get the printer to work. Eventually I gave up and used a network printer. A technician came and checked the printer. I put in the 2nd cartridge and everything worked. It's a very expensive replacement.

After receiving the cartridge I printed a few pages and found a line (1cm2cm vertical) where the ink is lighter than around the text. Since I had a ride straight away I didn't have time for further diagnostics so I just contacted support and reported the issue while riding. This is the second time I have ordered toner from LxTek. The savings compared to the HP brand are enormous! An HP cartridge is $65 and an LxTek cartridge is $15! The product works just as well as the HP brand. I've been using it in my HP laser printer for over a year and haven't had any problems. The ink is clear and the cartridge works perfectly. If you use a lot of ink, this item can save you a lot of money. I highly recommend.
