The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the packaging and the price. Otherwise I am satisfied with the product. Extremely fast delivery - arrived the next day after I placed my order. Packaging: It looks like you should be able to pop a little out of the top of the cap, but if you look under the cap there is no hole - this is obviously an easy fix (I think I have a broken bottle?). As it is now, I'm just not comfortable pouring it into my hand and then putting it where it's needed (or sticking my finger in the hole to pull something out). I think a role would be even better. Price: $15 is a lot of money for 2 ounces. I got it for free through Vine. If I hadn't, I probably wouldn't have thought about buying it, or for that reason. In addition to the price and the packaging, I liked the product. It seemed to help relieve pain in the shoulder and arm areas. But I'm not sure if it performs any better than the Icy Hot Rollers I currently use. What I particularly liked is that it is non-greasy and NO SMELL! I am very sensitive to smells so no smell is a big plus for me. Basically I am satisfied with the product. I think it would help to fix the cap on the bottle (or roll top if possible) and lower the price. I will continue to use it and if I feel like it is still doing its job and the price has come down I would consider buying it as I love the fact that it is odorless and less greasy than Icy Hot.
