I've only been using this for a week and will be using it again, but after a week of use I was impressed. It is very easy to use if you follow the instructions. I apply it after brushing my teeth and in the shower. The taste is not bad and does not burn like some. Turning white, but good. If you really want white teeth, you have to be patient. I think it was great value for money and did what it was supposed to do in the short time I've been using it.
