I love the Ender 5 Pro. I've printed so many pieces on the printer. It was only clogged once, but that was an easy fix and that's part of owning a 3D printer. I've never used a 3D printer, but I'm pretty good with computers. This printer wasn't easy, but it wasn't that difficult to build and use, so I'd say it's a very handy printer for someone just getting into 3D printing. You just have to watch a lot of YouTube videos to make sure you can put everything together correctly. The only problem we had was trying to contact the company for our printer. We tried to contact them and no one will come back to us. Our printer came with an unusable SD card, so we had to buy a new one. That made things a bit difficult because we didn't have the information that others need to start with on the SD card. We've tried emailing Creality but haven't received a response. So we moved on to other prints to get started. We succeeded in! Hooray! I love this car so far, I've only had it for about 3 weeks. So far I have printed many beginner prints. I'll be moving on to more complex prints shortly and I know this printer can get the job done.
