Unboxed. Even with a magnifying glass, we couldn't read the instructions. The water meter is so dark that you cannot see how much water is in it. I couldn't even figure out how to use the iron and adjust the controls without instructions. The timeline is just below the button and is very difficult to understand or read, so I had to guess what I set it to. If I opened it up and tried it for a month I would send it back. But I was in the operating room and I missed the window.
