This iron is worth the money. I was wary because it was cheaper and I had never heard of this brand before, but it fills easily and has plenty of vapor. I rarely need an extra burst of steam. Easy to manoeuvre. The only complaint is minor, but the dark blue color makes it difficult to tell if the water is on the fill line. The light has to be right.

The first iron I got was terrible. Terrible quality control. It was dripping EVERYWHERE. My clothes and ironing board got wet. I left the room to warm it up and returned to the puddle on the floor. The water just flows out from under the floor. Switched to a new one, works great. It heats up so quickly that it doesn't leak. The steam is strong. Much much better

This steam iron is amazing. I am pleased to be able to use this iron and have a few things to say about it: (1) fairly easy to use; (2) Large reservoir; (3) Large surface area of heated iron part; (4) many heat and steam settings; (5) Water filling cup is a very thoughtful plus; (6) Overall a wonderful iron for the price. I am keeping the iron and hope to use it for years to come!

I was skeptical at first as I had never bought this brand before, but when I first opened the box I was pleasantly surprised. High quality iron, very durable and well made. It heats up quickly and the temperature seems good enough for high temperature ironing. Nothing spills when using the steam function. This iron is a great buy for the price you pay. Unboxed. Even with a magnifying glass, we couldn't read the instructions. The water meter is so dark that you cannot see how much water is in it. I couldn't even figure out how to use the iron and adjust the controls without instructions. The timeline is just below the button and is very difficult to understand or read, so I had to guess what I set it to. If I opened it up and tried it for a month I would send it back. But I was in the operating room and I missed the window.

This iron is not only very large, it is also awkward to use. The thermostat knob is quite wobbly: mine STARTS on the medium setting, so I have to turn it all the way down and then adjust it a bit to hopefully get the right temperature. The water fill hole has a small flap to cover the hole, but it is installed on the right side.
