Ideal solution and space-saving. Also detects surges

I have a place next to my bed where many things are plugged in. I have:**** Alarm clock**** Reading lamp**** Oxygen monitor charger* *** Cell phone charger**** iPad charger**** Lamp* *** Electric blanket I have an electric blanket plugged directly into an outlet and all others into this extension cord. Reading lamp, oxy monitor, iPad and cell phone are all USB. The lamp and the alarm clock have normal plugs. After a power outage I had to reinstall this outlet so I could see that the surge sensor was working. It doesn't consume much power and fits on my desk. What could I want more. Also, it would be great to travel and expand my international outlets.
