I bought three packs: black, white and gray shirts. size large. All three were perfect the first time I wore them, but after washing the gray tank top shrank and got so short I could see my belly button. Black and white t-shirts are still good because they are made of a different material. I'm 5'9 190 lbs fairly muscular with a slim waist. I wanted a lower tank top that hugs my chest and fits snugly around my waist. I usually have to buy XL/XXL to fit my chest but these are perfect. To be honest, although the gray one is unusable right now, the other two are so lovely I'll probably buy them again but will return if they're made of a more cottony material. The only other issue is that they are a little narrow in the front. So if you have big breasts like me, your nipples can protrude to the sides from time to time, but only if you're not careful.
