He has no legs
I was very disappointed as they say they are up and running but the pair I received were not! My daughter had to wear them because we need them for a family party; She complained that they were uncomfortable because they had no feet and were baggy at the ankles.

- I love the fit for my daughter. They look so small without the packaging but fit perfectly once you put them on.

- The item broke the first time my daughter wore it.
