Firstly I think my fan was bought earlier. The box was dented and the packaging was torn. Secondly, READ the description completely. I misunderstood the word "battery" which means you can put batteries in it or use a USB cable. It is not. You can only use the fan if it's fully charged when plugged in, which is also very annoying. It's cute and light, but it really annoys me that I have to wait for it to charge before I can use it.
