This product is good, big and does what it is designed to do. It's very good, but sometimes the emergency unlock doesn't work so you have to wait for the time up. I had a message I accidentally sent to my ex girlfriend which was a photo of another girl I was talking to, I wanted to send it to my best friend. I tried emergency unblocking to un-send IG. Instead, I had to wait a whole nervous hour for the block to finally be unblocked. lol. I sent a message she didn't see and we're still having a cool laugh today. Seriously, the emergency release wasn't cool. And sometimes the time doesn't work, it's automatically set to 1 by you (only sometimes), so I feel the computer could be of better quality. But when JT works well 80% of the time, that's amazing.
