Hello. my name is erin I'm a fan of toothpicks. I ordered these bad boys the other day because I've run out of the regular ones and won't have time to go to the store this week. I will never return. First, only one end is pointed, which is good if you have young children and don't want to poke them in the face if they unexpectedly jump at you. The big surprise/win, though, is that they're bamboo, so they don't get wet and soft like regular wood - they stay sharp and pretty and don't fall apart. And the holder is very durable. I keep it complete in my purse now. Anyway, two enthusiastic thumbs up. The best toothpicks.
