I’m 5’3” 200lbs. I bought the 2xl based on the measurements and reviews. When I first put it on, I had a hard time with getting it to the first clasp. thinking it was too tight. Wore it on the first clasp for a week. Shortly after a week I moved on to the second clasp. By the third/fourth week I was able to hook on the last clasp. I wish I could say I’ve lost inches but I think it just stretched to my figure. It’s still wearable, fits snug enough like a tummy support and the straps help to make it tighter if needed to. Good for back support! and sweat session. So in my opinion go a size smaller to you’re fit because of the stretch.
