Condition is just "like" new and doesn't look to be used previously. Fits iPad 4 (iPad with Retain Display) snuggly. Cover is sort of flimsy- kinda tough, but not super tough like the Logitech, which I had when I 1st bought the iPad 4. You couldn't bend the cover on the Logitech unless you really, REALLY tried to; this kinda bend by itself when you hold it around carelessly. Then again, Logitech was close to $10 back then; this one's $2.80. Plastic backing (shell) has no additional protection what-so-ever. If you drop the iPad with is cover, I can foresee it breaking. Logitech used some sort of ABS plastics, like a hard shell. Logitech would last 2 years; this one I give it 9 months to 1 year.Then again.$2.80 Warehouse Deal Like New.
