I needed casters for a mobile workbench I built. Twist lock reels were surprisingly hard to find. These videos are good. They have a bit of play when locked, but it's not as bad as some of the other reels. There's about 250 pounds on the bench and they roll fairly easily without getting stuck. The wheels are made in China and the casters are made in Taiwan.
