People don't usually write reviews but this company doesn't bother you about it, they ask respectfully. I appreciate your approach. Your roles work as intended; I can move my desk with ease, and when I need firm stability and a level surface, the casters recline slightly, allowing the table to sit flat on the floor, which most casters do not. Additionally, most roller brakes aren't stiff enough to stay in place and/or seem to loosen easily with use, or just never stick, but loosen too easily.
