I was excited to try this. My hair rarely frizzes and I wanted to see how it worked. It seemed a lot easier than a curling iron or hot curlers. Bought to use for my son's engagement a few days before wanting to see how well curls would hold. I watched the video, read the instructions, everything seems clear. I thought it would pull out a decent amount of hair, but it actually only curled the bottom 3 inches. The instructions say about stopping the device and backing it up, so no problems. Yes, it didn't work for me. He caught me by the hair several times, didn't turn around, but pulled in more hair. I had to pull my hair out a few times, and for a few moments of panic I thought I needed to cut my hair when the device did nothing. Maybe I missed something, but it didn't help me. This curler was packed and shipped so quickly.
