The shoes I buy from Target are a size 11 and a size 11 is large even with two pairs of socks. The strap at the top helps keep them in place and won't trip. Since I bought them for her Halloween costume I don't feel the need to return them. They are cute and durable and the glitter won't come off.

- The material can be fragile which can lead to tears and tears after minimal use.
