Well! I never expected in my life to write a glowing review for a travel pillow, and yet here I am, doing just that. It's not a great neck, it's an okay neck, and if it's treated with just the right combination of gentle care and prescription medications, it does its job of holding up a slightly oversized head with very little complaint. It has these neat little straps that allows you to attach the pillow to the seat so its arms jut forward, cradling your head with a firm yet gentle grip like Fabio in a romance novel, only without the sweaty muscles and with quite a bit less talking. In other words, unlike a romance novel starring Fabio, it's a non-irritating and even peaceful experience. Sorry Fabio. I'm sure you're great in real life. Also, dear reader, I'm sorry if you like romance novels. Like generally speaking I'm just very sorry that you like them. You poor thing.Anyway - If you need a good travel pillow to hold up your big head on a long trip because you have a cranky neck, this is a great choice! Get this pillow!
