The box this item came in was very sturdy. Unfortunately the plastic packaging around the pillow was torn open and the cardboard band was not intact, as if the item had been opened and returned. Also a heavy duty velcro band that was added to contain the item had stuck to the nylon and snagged the pillow. I think it was repackaged for some reason causing the damage. Great travel pillow! So comfortable. Memory foam provides great support and keeps my head from rolling to the side. And, it rolls up like a cinnamon roll into a small carrying case that hooks on to my carry on. No more wearing my travel pillow around my neck at the airport. Best travel pillow I have ever owned!

I bought this on recommendation, was reluctant but hopeful. Attached to the head rest of the seat but that was up too high for comfort and ended up not using the straps to keep my head from falling forward. Bummed.

I've owned a number of travel pillows, starting with the standard U-shape. I found it quite uncomfortable for the exact reason pointed out by Cabeau - the padding at the back is so thick that it actually pitches your neck forward and leads to neck pain. I then tried the BCOZZY, which was fair but couldn't stay still between my head and shoulders and was prone to falling onto the dirty airplane carpet. This definitely does what it's supposed to in terms of support.It kept my head on a swivel so to speak and did not allow for much room to move around at all. Although it might have helped since I don't have a fairly long neck and I'm only 5'7. The foam padding is comfortable once you properly adjust the straps around your neck.4 stars mainly due to the fact that it is well insulated and wearing it for a short time on and off a 5 hour flight can become a bit warm.

I have owned a few different neck support travel pillows and this one is by far the best. It supports better, its shape is more comfortable and the support comes further in front. The fact that it attaches to the seat helps also.I also appreciate that it easily rolls up in its case and is protected while you are in the airport. I simply attached it, in its case, to my carry-on.Just used it on a 6-hour flight and came out with no neck pain, which is a first for me.

I was pretty picky about a new neck pillow purchase before an international trip. This worked great and I've had no complaints. Recently, we even had a night flight in seats that can't recline, and I got a good solid hour of sleep on a two hour flight (it was midnight my time, so I was tired!)

I bought this for a 10 hour flight to Europe. It was very comfortable and I was able to sleep well with my head supported. It stores very compact and easily. I was hoping to use the straps on the back to keep it attached to my seat, but the seat was too high and it fit above my neck. Great purchase, though. I loved it!

So far this is the best neck pillow I've used for traveling. I didn't have the head bobbing or slumping. Sleeping sitting up is the greatest but this certainly makes it better.
