So I bought this for a trip to the Florida Keys from Maryland, my wife thinks she's a NASCAR driver on I95 so I figured I'd save myself some whiplash trauma. This product seems to be well made so I thought I'd spend the extra money for something better, given it is not exactly a cheaper option. I wouldn't say that's a deal breaker but It wasn't an obvious statement before purchasing. For myself, that was what attracted me to this particular item, the idea that my wife could drive like a bat out of hell and I could maintain some sort of spinal alignment because of the anchoring straps. It would seem that Dr. Ghodadra, ( orthopedic surgeon to pro athletes ) whom is pictured on the packaging and recommends this item for seated travel has not endured the thrashing of a nearly middle age woman on interstate 95. In summary I wouldn't say this is a terrible item but it may not be for everyone, it is well made but if you are not convinced it is made for your particular application you may end up in the same boat as myself.
