Keeps your head in place
This definitely does what it's supposed to in terms of support.It kept my head on a swivel so to speak and did not allow for much room to move around at all. Although it might have helped since I don't have a fairly long neck and I'm only 5'7. The foam padding is comfortable once you properly adjust the straps around your neck.4 stars mainly due to the fact that it is well insulated and wearing it for a short time on and off a 5 hour flight can become a bit warm.
