I seen these on Facebook and decided to give them a try! Soft yet good support. High waisted and STAYS PUT! After a quick 15min HIIT no adjustment needed! So far they are not see thru at all. I used to buy the McDavid knee supports to protect my knees for work and exercise, I'm not sure what they did to their product, but they would fall apart and the gel knee ring would separate. I started buying the Neenca brand because I could get 2 for what 1 of the others costs, and so far they are more durable with the same if not slightly better support and protection.
