I use a backpack with wheels to hold type B oxygen cylinders. I cannot carry my oxygen on my back as intended. This is the third purchase in 7 years. The other two were from another company. I like this one a lot so far. It's big enough to hold all my meds and the contents of my purse. Very versatile and manoeuvrable. I love the 4 versatile rolling wheels! Other wheeled backpacks I've had only had 2 wheels on the back and didn't move. The wheels didn't move in all directions like that. One downside I don't like are the side pockets for storing water bottles which could be deeper although there are 2 of them, one on each side. I have a skinny 20 ounce metal water bottle and it falls out when I'm dragging my backpack. I attribute this to two factors. The water bottle isn't bulky enough to fit snugly, and the fact that it's at about a 45 degree angle when I pull it along causes my bottle to fall out. But I like this backpack on wheels. The advantage of 4 spinning wheels outweighs any disadvantages. ❤️
