All balloons had holes would not recommend

I loved the idea of this and most things were cute but a pain to put together. All the latex balloons had holes. I bought a helium tank to fill them and wasted $50 because all of the balloons started to deflate right after filling them had to go to the store right before my sons party to get more balloons. Would not recommend
