I'm so serious I love this thing! It's very durable, it has a rubber bottom to prevent slipping, the back panel is detachable so you can grate it directly into a bowl by placing it on a bowl. It's sharp and has a good sized handle that fits both my hand and my husband's well. It can also be used as a constrained slicer! It's not adjustable, but the thickness is great for potato chips (thicker) or nice, even slices of cheese! I know you are arguing now. How crazy is it to buy such an expensive CHEESE GRATER? Answer: Not crazy at all. You will love this item if you need to grate cheese!
