Review on Ligart by Jeffrey Connel

My experience with Ligart was not nearly as satisfying as I had hoped it would be, and I loathe to be the one to deliver bad news. As someone who enjoys being outside, I was looking forward to browsing their collection of gear, but I was disappointed to find that it did not live up to my expectations. To begin, navigating through their website is an exercise in futility. It is difficult to locate what you are looking for because it is disorganized and difficult to navigate. And when you do discover something that interests you, you'll have a hard time tracking down any information about it. The product descriptions are ambiguous and do not provide any useful information. The true deal-breaker, however, was the caliber of their equipment. I was surprised to find that my hiking footwear were already falling apart after only one outing after I had purchased them from Ligart. And when I attempted to return them, I was met with an unhelpful and irritable representative of the customer service department. In general, I would not suggest Ligart to anyone looking for outdoor goods because of their selection. Don't put yourself through the hassle; go shopping somewhere else.
