I like that it is user friendly, easy to navigate around with lots of great features at my fingertips including sending emails directly from within our CRM system which was not possible before using this tool. The customer support team are fantastic as well - always happy when they can help me out if something isn't working quite right or we need more information about how something works but no pressure just helpful suggestions. It's worth having some time set aside initially so you get used to navigating through all its functions however once familiarised will be able use it day-to-day without any issues. We love being in contact via email / phone whenever needed rather than constantly going back & forth between different systems/apps etc., plus saves us hours each week by doing everything together (as opposed to spread over several days). Thanks to Hui for creating such an amazing product. Not only does your software save loads off admin.
