Review on NYC Mini Healthy Ceramic Styling by Vickie Kraus

I brought this after being blown away by the Eva NYC mini hair dryer (pun intended). Cute, tiny and at first glance perfect for travel. However, this doesn't work very well. The plates grab and pull my hair instead of gliding smoothly like other ceramic straighteners I've used. It also left everything a little frizzy, maybe due to the pulling, or maybe because it was just missing a tiny amount of surface area. I'll still keep it as a last resort for travel (especially since it fits perfectly in my dryer storage case), but I have to keep other options in mind for special occasions or when I need to look extra presentable. A bit unfortunate. I had very high expectations based on how good the mini dryer is.
